We rely on natural and sustainably produced food – from cow to cheese. For uncompromising enjoyment and the highest Swiss quality. 

We constantly check our cheese suppliers and are concerned about ensuring hygiene and food safety throughout the entire chain. The staff is trained extensively and chemical and microbiological analyses are regularly performed by external institutes. Our quality management system meets national and international standards and is certified according to BRC and IFS.

Quality from Switzerland

The Suisse-Garantie certification guarantees that raw materials originate from Switzerland, are processed exclusively here and that products meet the ecological performance certificate ÖLN. Genetically engineered feed is prohibited and the entire production chain is subject to regular controls. 

Also available in organic quality

Some of our cheeses are available as organic products. These include our Emmentaler AOP, our Gruyère AOP and our Sbrinz AOP. For further information, please do not hesitate to contact us!
 

From the Swiss mountains

Some exclusive Swiss cheese specialities fulfilled the conditions for certification as a mountain or alpine product in accordance with the Swiss Mountain/Alpine Ordinance. These include the Gruyère d'alpage AOP, the Gruyère AOP, Emmentaler AOP and Sbrinz AOP.
 

Internationally recognized

The BRC Global Standard for Food Safety is a British certification and requires, among other things, strictly controlled hygiene conditions and a documented quality management system. Certified companies are regularly audited without prior notice.

Quality and safety

Together with the BRC Global Standard for Food Safety, IFS is one of the most frequently applied standards in the food industry. Within the framework of the International Featured Standards (IFS) we meet high quality and food safety standards. Certified companies are regularly audited.

Natural and sustainable

The feed for our cheeses is produced without genetic engineering and without palm fat. According to the promise given by the leading feed manufacturer fenaco Genossenschaft and the Association of Swiss Feed Manufacturers VSF, palm oil is not used. Rapeseed is used instead. Our products and raw materials are also completely GMO-free.
