Tradition since the 12th century

Our LeSuperbe Raclette Gourmet is characterized by a long tradition: As early as the 12th century, shepherds from Central Switzerland prepared their cheese over an open fire. Even today, for many cheese-makers on the Alps there is nothing better than sitting around a fire in the evening to enjoy a freshly melted raclette. The traditional production in the area of origin according to a traditional recipe and fresh Swiss milk with the flavours of the local nature give our LeSuperbe Raclette Gourmet its authentic and full taste to this day. 

More than 150 years of experience

Our LeSuperbe Swiss Raclette has been given a visual makeover. The iconic figure of the new design – our dairy boy from the Swiss Alps as a symbol of tradition, terroir, handicraft, originality and authenticity – goes back to the year 1900. Even back then, the figure symbolised the Swiss origin and quality of our products. With this quality seal of yesteryear, we are continuing our deep-rooted history and the unbroken tradition of the highest quality from Switzerland. We still produce our cheese specialities traditionally crafted with fresh, natural milk directly in the village cheese dairy.
