Devilish sweet temptation
Diabolo Gourmet
Honey sweet, creamy, soft and at the same time devilish spirited - Diabolo Gourmet wears many hats. A diabolical temptation: a soft core hidden in a black shell.
Ancient legends about the wild nature with ghosts and demons, close ties with traditional customs and a mysterious nativeness - this is the hilly countryside entering the Toggenburg. The fiery region, where the cows still wear horns, gives Diabolo Gourmet an honest naturalness and a devilishly subtle mature taste.
The quality is given to the cheese in the local cheese dairy where the cheese is hand-crafted with farm-fresh raw milk according to old recipes. After five months of being washed with a secret brine, the cheese unfolds his delicate texture and a full aroma of wild honey with notes of pimiento and apricot. One can hardly resist to his devilish temptation.
