Buckwheat Pasta

Ingredients

  • 150 g Fior delle Alpi
  • 1 onion
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 courgette
  • 3 carrots
  • 150 g cherry tomatoes
  • 50ml vegetable stock
  • 350 g buckwheat pasta

Preparation

  1. Cut the onion, pepper, courgette and carrots into strips.
  2. Fry the onions in hot oil, then add all vegetables except the tomatoes; steam, then add 50ml of stock and cook for 10-15 minutes until tender.
  3. In the meantime cook the pasta as stated on the packaging.
  4. Add the cherry tomatoes to the vegetable pan for the last 2 minutes. Serve with freshly grated Fior delle Apli and enjoy. En Guete! Enjoy your meal!
