Porcini Bruschetta
Rezept Steinpilz-Bruschetta

Ingredients

  • 250 g porcini mushrooms
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic
  • 400 g sourdough or whole-grain bread
  • 220 g Grand Maurice     
  • A bunch of lemon thyme
  • Salt, nutmeg and pepper from the mill
  • ½ lemon

Preparation

  • Cut the mushrooms into strips, press the garlic, chop the herbs, grate the lemon peel and squeeze the juice.
  • Fry the garlic and add the mushrooms. Season with salt, pepper, nutmeg, herbs and lemon zest and juice, braise for a few minutes.
  • Cut bread into pieces, cut 120g Grand Maurice into fine slices. Put it on bread.
  • Spread the fried mushrooms on the slices of bread. Coarsely grate the remaining Grand Maurice and pour over the mushrooms.
  • Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
