Jura Montagne

Vegetable Schnitzel

Ingredients

  • 800 g of vegetables of your choice, such as kohlrabi, celery, pumpkin, zucchini squash or eggplant
  • 8 tbsp ground bread or bread crumbs
  • 8 tbsp ground hazelnuts
  • 60 g Jura Montagne, grated
  • 3 eggs
  • 8 tbsp flour
  • Olive oil for frying

Preparation

  1. Cut vegetables into slices and blanch for a few minutes.
  2. For breading, mix bread, nuts and Jura Montagne.
  3. Coat vegetables with flour, pull through the egg and then coat with the prepared breading.
  4. Fry in hot oil

Tip: Serve with a fresh salad
