Preparación

1. Mix Jura Montagne and flour; spread over 4 portions.
2. Shape each portion into a roundel of 12 cm diameter and place on a piece of baking paper.
3. Bake in a 180 °C hot oven for 7 minutes until golden yellow. Remove from oven and invert still hot over an upside down bowl and form a basket. Allow to cool.
4. Place a slice of smoked ham on each basket. Fill the basket with green lettuce, cherry tomatoes and Jura cubes.
5. Sprinkle some oil, vinegar, salt and pepper over the salad.
6. Decorate with sprouts and blueberries.
