Fior delle Alpi

Eggplant Rolls

Ingrédients

  • 200 g Fior delle Alpi
  • 2 eggplants
  • Olive oil
  • ½ bunch of basil
  • Salt, pepper

Préparation

  1. Cut the aubergines lengthwise into thin slices. Cut Fior delle Alpi into longish sticks.
  2. Season the aubergine strips and fry in olive oil on both sides until golden brown, remove and leave to cool.
  3. Cover the aubergine strips with a piece of Fior delle Alpi and a basil leaf, roll up and close with toothpicks.
