Millet Salad

Ingredienti

  • 120 g Château Heitenried
  • 120 g chickpeas
  • 120 g millet
  • 2 apples
  • 100 g red grapes
  • Dressing: 4 tablespoons linseed oil, 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, salt, pepper

Preparazione

  1. Cook the millet and chickpeas according to the package insert and allow to cool. Chickpeas must be soaked for 12 hours before cooking – alternatively you can purchase cooked chickpeas.
  2. Cut Chateau Heitenried and apple into small pieces, halve the grapes, remove the seeds.
  3. Mix oil, vinegar, salt and pepper in a salad bowl and mix with the remaining ingredients – ready!
